The technicians were great but I find the communication from head office poor. Each time they needed a part head office wouldn’t update on delivery unless I called and escalated. It’s resolved and I’m thankful for the maintenance and service plan but more proactive communication would be appreciated.
Technician James Ma came and quickly fixed the issue I was having. He's very professional and friendly.
I wanted to share that Fabian and his colleagues were extremely efficient, most friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned up the space after installing a new tankless water heater and left me smiling at the whole smooth, process. Thank you, Fabian (and crew)!
