I have ordered bread from this company for many years and been satisfied with their product. This last order I placed on 8/10/23 was totally different. I ordered 3 cases of brown rice bread. The bread was white in appearance with white hard parts in the bread as if it wasnt mixed properly. It tasted like tapioca bread not brown rice bread. I hate tapioca bread! I have received inedible bread (3 cases) from the business in the last few months. I have tried over and over again to try and get a refund and no one answers any of their offices. It says that their answer boxes are all full. I can only eat their certain brand of bread since I have celiac and diabetes. I am 74 and cannot afford the $125 I have lost on this bread.
RecommendedThey have a brown rice, low sodium bread that is good toasted and it works for my diet! Each slice only has 25 mg. of sodium. I have to order it from their facility in Seattle, Washington as I can no longer find it locally!

I love love love these Gluten Free products. For so long being GF meant rock hard brick bread or missing out on breakfast sandwiches.
