Our facilities are dedicated wheat-free, gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and dairy-free. I was thrilled to find a company to supply me with gluten-free foods that I could eat with my limited diet and the products do not disappoint. However, because these products need to be made without traditional preservatives they do not keep well once opened. The packaging is great for preserving shelf-life BEFORE the package is opened, but because the outer wrapping has HOLES in it (!!!! My comments pertain to the Light Tapioca Loaf bread (gluten free). I have been using this product for over two years. At first most grocery stores in my area carried it. Now I have to order in bulk from an internet grocer. My latest order showed the new packaging of the product. I also noticed fewer slices and an increase in fat and carb content per slice.
