Arlene went above and beyond with my massage today. I came in with a tight neck and overall back discomfort. She was skilled in finding places that I never would have thought to point out and loosening them effectively. I walked out of there feeling ten years younger! I will definitely be back, so she can focus more on my hips as well. I have range of motion now that I haven’t had in years!
