The best in NYC don't believe me try Arlene out. She was able to pin point my pain and release the muscles that was the cause. Gave me tips too maintain with mobility drills. She is my go too spot weekly to keep me mobile. It's must have when your punishing yourself with weight training

This is the real deal healing corrective massage therapist. Arleen was able to correct the short tight muscles in my right leg that were causing chronic pain for many years. i was limping and in pain for years. I am so impressed with her ability to find the spots that are tight and break them up to release . She was able to get the belly of the muscles to flatten and ease off and now I can walk 100% pain free and I am no longer limping. .
