Renee is excellent, caring and well informed. She is the primary person I see for physicals and worth the wait. She takes the time to thoroughly gather facts related to the patient. i travel from out-of-town to see her. Highly recommend.
I was a first time patient with the office and was hoping for a good visit to find my new PCP. I waited 1 hour past my appointment time and was never seen by Renee. I sat out in the waiting area for 30 minutes and then was put into an exam room for another 30 min. I finally got up and left and was told by a couple staff members not to make an appt with Renee as she is known for running extremely late. I am going to give them a 2nd chance with another PCP and see how it turns out. I've heard the other PA's and PCP are great.
