Six months, multiple visits, and they kept saying ‘nothing’s wrong’” Meanwhile, my house was hitting 80 degrees with a newborn inside. Another company found four serious install issues right away. Owner was dismissive. Don’t risk it. One star.
I bought my house that’s not even a year old and my ac continues to go out. I am supposed to have a warranty but every time I call they don’t answer. I have had to call other people to come out and fix my ac . I don’t not recommend letting end zone put in your ac unit!
If you want an honest, trustworthy company, these guys are it. Zach came to service our unit and was honest from the beginning and very informative! We appreciate him and are glad we called this company.
I have home warranty with them and can’t get in contact with anybody even after you submit an emergency service request or call their number and it goes straight to a voicemail saying it’s unavailable.
