I have home warranty with them and can’t get in contact with anybody even after you submit an emergency service request or call their number and it goes straight to a voicemail saying it’s unavailable.
Update 2/2025! Now that Jay is no longer with the Endzone, I can no longer recommend their services. I’ve lost faith in the techs! Zack came out to see why our A/C fan was not working. He said he tested the compacitor for the fan and believed the fan motor is bad. The estimate seemed high, so we got a second opinion. Our second opinion tech came out and verified Zack could not have properly diagnosed the issue since the part he stated was the issue and tested did not exist in our fan. **Beware about the owner Oscar Carrasco, he is unprofessional and will throw insults at you.** Had an installation for a new system February of last year. Everything appeared to have gone off well. Started having issues with my outdoor compressor not turning on. I opened it and measured the capacitor and it was reading low. I messaged Jay asking if it was covered under warranty, he told me he thinks it is but is unsure and to call the office.
