Update 2/2025! Now that Jay is no longer with the Endzone, I can no longer recommend their services. I’ve lost faith in the techs! Zack came out to see why our A/C fan was not working. He said he tested the compacitor for the fan and believed the fan motor is bad. The estimate seemed high, so we got a second opinion. Our second opinion tech came out and verified Zack could not have properly diagnosed the issue since the part he stated was the issue and tested did not exist in our fan. **Beware about the owner Oscar Carrasco, he is unprofessional and will throw insults at you.** Had an installation for a new system February of last year. Everything appeared to have gone off well. Started having issues with my outdoor compressor not turning on. I opened it and measured the capacitor and it was reading low. I messaged Jay asking if it was covered under warranty, he told me he thinks it is but is unsure and to call the office. They installed the hvac system in our new build. We have had nothing but issues with the system which has caused leaking and mold throughout our home. They do not want to take accountability for their poor work and will not honor the warranty to fix their mistakes. They would rather blame other trades and allow the home and people in it to suffer. Stay far away from this business.
