Terrible people running a near-criminal operation. The only thing that gives them any legal leeway is the atrocious laws Texas has in place for renter "rights". They lied during our initial viewing of the property and said the property came with a refrigerator and they would change the locks when we moved in. It didn't and they didn't. Grabasstic amatuers – These people have got to be the least professional property managers I have dealt with in 20+ years of renting. They are incapable of fixing things correctly, don't seem to know how you use a phone and prefer to communicate with nasty "lease breach" letters if the smallest thing is amiss. If you are considering renting a property, don't bother. If you have a property you want to rent out, go the other way. WORST. DANGEROUS. – The landlord actually lied to my attorney. Yes, actually blatantly lied when there is documentary evidence that shows otherwise and yes, I had to get an attorney. I've had unpotable water for 3 months now and management wouldn't do anything about it until I tried to break my lease. They wouldn't do anything about it upon verbal requests, so I brought a letter in writing to the office myself about a HEALTH HAZARD AND A SAFETY HAZARD and the manager refused to accept it, knowing what it was. Do NOT go through Endways to rent ANYTHING – My experience with endways property management has been perhaps the worst that I have had. Be very, very leary if you must deal with them. Check every detail of the lease, and KNOW that they WILL parade strangers through your home continuously in your last month of renting from them, with little or no regard to your privacy or convienience. They also will not make needful repairs in a timely fashion, nor will they inform you of excessive utility costs in their rentals
