Bought a treadmill from Endurance in 2024 and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Despite very minimal use, the motor failed within the first year after repeatedly shorting the power and giving off a burning smell. When I reported this, Endurance sent out a replacement motor but expected me to fit it myself. After pushing back, they eventually organised a technician, who serviced the machine and oiled the belts. Confirmed order and processed my card but a few days later got an email that they have cancelled the order without explanation of why. Product is not out of stock and still available online

Did not end up purchasing a treadmill, however, with the questions I had asked to the team, Jen got back to me straight away, and this was at 9pm, which is well past business hours. Highly recommend as the service she showed, I've never experienced at any other company.

I bought this treadmill from Endurance Treadmills. The service was fantastic and we received the treadmill in good condition. We have been using this treadmill for a few months and really enjoy it. It has been really useful for the winter season as I do not enjoy exercising out in the cold.

Simple to set up, easy to move about, great to use - it doesn't get any better than that. Highly recommend the Endurance Marathon Treadmill.
