They are always glad you stopped in and will accommodate and make sure you're satisfied. Small and personal running shoes store.
Went there today and got new pair of running shoes. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Drove to St cloud to get fitted for shoes. We called today and we were told they were going to be busy on Sat and Sunday. I told the clerk we would be there tonight mm. At 6:20 no one was at the store and they were closed. I left a message, waited in St Cloud for an hour. Still closed. Supposed to be open till 8.

Looks as though you tried to visit on a Friday, and we had closed for the evening. Our hours are Monday-Thursday 10-8, Friday 10-5, and Sunday 11-4 Please let us know if there's anything we can help you with.
The woman who helped me knew exactly what kind of shoe I needed. I've already been running faster, farther, and with much less pain. As she was downstairs pulling different options I was listening to a man help another customer and he also was very knowledgeable. Neither of them seemed arrogant about it, either, which is a big deal to me because I'm easily intimidated by fitness! Plus it was very in and out- they were quick but thorough!
The sales people are very knowledgable and helpful in fitting shoes. My feet and legs were always hurting until I bought a good pair of running shoes here. Now the pains have disappeared. In fact, I want another pair.
Excellent customer service. Helpful and knowledgable sales team.
