If I had been seen by Megan, which was my intent in coming to Endurance, I might be providing a good rating. Unfortunately Megan is transitioning out of physical therapy and I was seen by Amber instead. Amber is overconfident and has an attitude. She touches your body with a towel in her hand while wearing gloves which is awkward.
