I was a member here for a little over a year. When I signed the contract (2yrs) I knew moving was a possibility and they told me that contracts can be cancelled for a fee of $150 if you move 35+ miles away. I went in and told Christy I was moving, showed her my license. She verified the address was over 35 miles away from the gym, I paid the $150 fee and got the confirmation email. I originally deleted my review due to Christy the manager finally calling me back after a month waiting, but her resolution was inadequate. I reached out to cancel my membership (due to a long term family emergency), but was met with unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. This facility is not worth your time via the poor management and run down facility. I would save your money and go elsewhere, honestly.

This place is great! They have all the things I need and love with the best prices! Staff is personable and I love that it's not a chain, so I'm supporting my local community. I have had the greatest experience here and tell everyone I know about them.
