I was personally very disappointed with the customer service I experienced at Endurance Fitness. After reaching out to cancel my membership once I completed my contract, my message was ignored until after another payment had already been drafted. Endurance Fitness has been one of the best choices I’ve ever made. I love coming back, trusting my fitness and health journey, and every workout with the group is really fun. I’ve seen a lot of progress in how I feel overall. The instructors are awesome and super skilled; they make sure to meet you where you’re at and help you get better from there. The camaraderie and everyone cheering each other on keep me motivated. This is unquestionably the best fitness center in CSRA!
