I am so impressed with the carpet cleaning service! The staff is friendly, always arrives on time, and does exactly what they promise. After trying other companies before and not being satisfied, we found this service and haven’t needed anyone else since. We’ve relied on them for years, through busy times with kids and pets, and even as we’ve moved to smaller homes. They are always our top choice for carpet cleaning. Our carpets look wonderful, smell fresh, and dry much quicker than with any other cleaning method.
I first contacted a different carpet cleaning company in Richmond, but they didn't want to check my carpets before giving an estimate. They just told me a price that could change, but I still made an appointment. Then I reached out to another carpet cleaning business. this carpet cleaning service is simply the best! after my carpet had a really bad smell that wouldn't go away with regular cleaning, they picked it up from my home in richmond really fast and promised it would come back fresh. even though it needed three cleanings and a lot of effort, my rug looks as good as new now. for the price, this service was an easy choice. thanks so much to the hardworking team, and especially their awesome owner. i know i'll use them again!
