All around bad company to try and sell your house to.Dont believe anything they say.
Do not do business with these people. They say they can get you the money fast but it's been two months and 6 or 7 extensions later and I havent seen a dime. We suffered through two different inspections by two different inspectors because the first one apparently didn't send them the paperwork. But they've had the second inspection report for over two weeks and we still haven't heard from an underwriter. Also once you get under contract with them good luck getting a call back.
