We recently had our air ducts cleaned for the first time in four years. Colby arrived and was incredibly polite, friendly, and greeted us with a big smile. He took his time to ensure the job was done thoroughly. We will certainly recommend this service to others!

It started with a quote of $495! After some back and forth they agreed to $200. I should have stopped there. So I agreed to the $200 and then it went down hill. Here are the issues: 1. The "technician" showed up in a regular station wagon wearing shorts and a shirt. No logo on car or on him 2. Tracks dirt in house 3. Asks me if I have a ladder to get to the vent on the 2nd floor 4. I understand how reviews can effect a small business; however, when a small business does not live up to the standard of what it seems like from other reviews it's a bit disheartening. For a duct cleaning service, they are not clean ... they did not cover floors or furniture when opening, closing, and cleaning the ducts. I was left with dust on the floor and furniture. The service I received from Endurance Air Duct Cleaning was exceptional! I got an immediate response and they did a fantastic job of explaining what to expect as well as the costs involved. Their professionalism was top-notch, and they did an excellent job cleaning my air ducts. I really appreciated how Bennett, the technician, was so careful and respectful while in my home in Closter. I'm thoroughly impressed and they will definitely be my first choice for any future air duct cleaning needs.
