EnduraLab has been one of the most consistent positive forces in my routine this year. I’ve checked in over 50 times in the past few months, and that alone says something about the environment. Dropped in on Saturday. Was a very nice gym. Community members were very friendly. There was a place for my daughter to sit and watch while I did the class, and I could see her the whole time. The equipment is top tier and clean. Lots of additional amenities for members.
How did today's class challenge you? Two “simple” exercises quickly turned into a serious kick in the butt workout that left me sweating and feeling accomplished. The session started with great initial stretching that really loosened up my muscles and prepared my body for what was coming. The coach was right there, carefully coaching my form - correcting my posture and guiding each movement to make sure I was doing the exercises safely and effectively. And the best part?
