The girl at the front desk said she called me a month earlier but not one missed call. And the shoes and the fit was horrible. Went to South Hills and got much better care. And the shoes in South Hills is so much better. What a waste of time and money.

The people are very polite and professional, especially the desk personnel, but the service from the company is embarrassing! The turnaround time on braces or shoes is terrible. Had my brace in but never called until I finally checked in after 7 weeks. Then they gave the patented answer of of "the shoe guy had to order the material, it will be in next week!" I would have appreciated a call telling me that! Now I have to schedule an appointment to pick up my brace7 days from today! It will take all of 8 minutes to pick it up!... read more

My experience with Enduracare was stellar to be honest. I had my appointment, went in, got measured and casts of my feet were taken for my shoes. I picked out the shoes I wanted and it couldn't have been easier! Two weeks later, I had the shoes, the inserts and all was good in my works. As for the staff, everyone in the process was professional, consciousness, polite and kind. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you guys!
