Amazing customer service
This is a really nice bike shop. I met the owner today! He and his staff are extremely friendly and informative!!! I highly recommend!!!
This is hands down the best bike shop in Frisco! The owner Jason pays a lot of details to the small things and gives phenomenal customer service. For example today I went to get my flat tire looked at and he fixed it for free super quick. I had just gotten my annual tune up done a few days ago. So I really appreciated this. If you go there just ask for the guy from New Zealand and he will take care of ya!!
Last weekend I called and visited Endur3bikes. The owner Jason promptly responded and as committed repaired and delivered my son mountain bike on time. They are reasonable priced. I will definitely recommend this shop for cycle repair. It was a wonderful experience.
