After an untimely flat, Mitchell helped me fix my back tire and quick 💯
I normally don’t give reviews but these guys go above and beyond. I have a cable snap right before a major event and they worked me in and fixed some other stuff all within a few days, being transparent about all additional work that needed to be done. A week later a gasket blew and they insisted on giving me a loaner for my event. They didn’t have to do that. Nothing but love and respect for these guys.
Went in there needing a tire replacement. Jason was able to get me back up and running in about 30 mins. I paid $30 for the part and labor (tube replacement). He also saw that my spoke punctured my tube so he shaved it down and installed a cover before replacing the tube.
Amazing customer service
This is a really nice bike shop. I met the owner today! He and his staff are extremely friendly and informative!!! I highly recommend!!!
