Dr. Arrington was the first doctor in a decade to believe me and offer relief. He offered several different routes of treatment after finding endometriosis via ultrasound and we decided on excision surgery. The surgery went very well thanks to his experience, knowledge, and skills. I was able to go home a few hours post-op and had no pain waking up. He and his staff were all very kind and open/honest with me every step of the way, communication was amazing. Highly highly recommend going to him.

Navigating the healthcare system is already a pain in the ass. This place pretends to ease that part of your journey however, that was not my experience. I was sent a quote for surgery which was almost $9k for the surgery alone. This place doesn't work with insurance for the surgery BUT yay, good news, you can bill out of network which might save you a couple hundred bucks. You can also bill within network for the anesthesia and hospital expenses... Huh? Because that makes a lot of sense. Why can you bill that part of the se... read more

I’ve had signs of endometriosis over 20 years, but every doctor I saw, and especially every OBGYN, didn’t even mention it because I don’t have bad periods—it’s all the other symptoms that plague me, especially nervy back pain. It wasn’t until I was 37 that I finally found Arrington. His scheduler got me in for a consult within 6 weeks where he saw significant issues on the transvaginal ultrasound. He was very honest and open about his recommendations and gave me the opportunity to make my own decisions regarding my uterus. A... read more

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Endowest! Dr. Arrington was so kind, a skilled surgeon, and one of the most caring doctors I have ever seen. I came to this clinic for help with c section scar endometriosis. Dr. Arrington did a very thorough initial/pre-op appointment, in which he was very reassuring, took into account financial considerations, and went out of his way to schedule the surgery at a time that worked with my husband's work schedule so that he could take care of our kids while I recovered. My surgery... read more

Dr. Arrington is truly one of a kind. After having a hysterectomy and oophorectomy due to endometriosis 3.5 years ago, I began having complications again and was referred to him. He carefully reviewed my history and explained that my symptoms could be due to endometriosis or other urological issues, and he encouraged me to see a urologist as well. I saw several urologists, but none of them took the possibility of endometriosis seriously or seemed willing to collaborate. Dr. Arrington, however, continued to check in and stay ... read more
