The dr and nurse are great. But the manager will not return phone calls or refund money my procedure that I paid for ahead of time and was not needed. I have now made 7 phone calls and waited over 2 months I have not once had a phone call returned or my money. I have never wrote a bad review but this ridiculous.

Professional & Companionate staff. The doc is wonderful. This is my 2nd procedure with him.

First rate experience from the first call to make the appointment all the way through. Dr. Odelowo's staff was very courteous and worked very hard to make my experience pleasant. I never felt rushed and was treated with compassion and care. My initial office visit went great and Dr. Odelowo took time to answer all of my questions and ease all my concerns. I had the nicest nurse. She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. Dr was quick and efficient. He made the process go smoothly. Before I started my anxiety was through the roof and in the end it was all for nothing. The process was so simple. I went back to work afterwards and by day 2 my throat was back to normal with no pain when swollowing. Thank you to the ladies at the front as they were all so kind and even funny. They definitely helped the process go smoothly.
