I had an endoscopy on 10/23/25. After procedure, a male nurse woke me up and basically said "get out now" I was lying down, he said "get in this chair and get dressed" He had me sign discharge papers, I could barely see. I asked him if I could have a juice at least because I was dizzy. He brought me back an apple juice with a cover on it to take with me. I was woozy, and dizzy and quite weak. Canceled the morning of my apointment. After spending money on the prep then doing the prep and taking time off work and they cancel when I'm on my way in. Who does this?! Also when they canceled, there was no apology what so ever, just "unfortunately" the doctor and anesthesia team won't be available today....Really? Lost 2 days of work, Went through hell prepping, Spent money and then excuses that sound like a bunch of lies. How unprofessional can you get? No care for their patients! Bad Scheduling, Bad Doctors, Such a waste of time. Don't go here! It's run like a ZOO and they literally don't care about you or your health...
They want people to have colonoscopies, but they sure don’t make it easy to schedule the procedure. I wanted to book my procedure for October in Burlington, however, each time I called they kept saying that Dr. Marcello’s calendar hasn’t opened up yet for October. They told me to call back at the end of July, so I called a few days early, and by the time I called, October was all booked up.
