The workers were helpful, professionals, and very pleasant.
My procedure went fine. However i am being billed statements I was told was covered and the numbers keep changing and I’ve been told I never paid anything the day of my procedure (I set up auto payments?). Contacting them before my procedure was extremely difficult. So I didn’t even know I had to pay like $700 something up front til I got there, I almost said nevermind. Now all these extra bills?? Be sure to include the clinic’s name, what happened, and any written communication you have.
I will definitely not be going to this center. The reviews alone were enough of a red flag, but my personal experience with the administrators has been even more concerning. Almost a week ago, I spoke with someone who told me I could split the payment for my service into three installments. I later emailed the billing department—since I couldn’t reach anyone by phone—to request a detailed written estimate, as I have a reimbursement program at work for deductible costs.
