They are deceitful and will lie directly to your face. I was told by the surgery center to pay a certain amount. Not thinking that they would lie. Paid the amount I was told. Couple of weeks ago by I get a bill for a small amount. I call to find out I had a past due bill instead of saying that they included in the cost of the procedure I was there for. The problem is they are not trustworthy. You call and all you get is music

Procedure was 8/9, The place itself was clean & the staff was friendly and Dr Koenig was great. very thorough BUT - I was told they checked my insurance & I would owe $869.00 & I had to pay 1/2 that day & balance guaranteed on a credit card. This was via a letter I received in the mail 3 days before the procedure - so I called them and they said the same thing, otherwise they won't allow the procedure. This facility is amazing! Receptionist was beyond helpful and professional, would hire her in a second if she was looking for employment. The nurses and Dr Koenig were excellent and extremely professional and caring. I wont go anywhere else for these services but here.
