Horrible customer service. While trying to work through an insurance question, with my insurance carrier on the line- the receptionist refused to cooperate, stating my services were not covered as my insurance company claimed. This provider decided to code this 5-year standard screening as non-routine, thus not covered by insurance. She was completely inflexible with listening to how Blue Cross was asking for the service to be coded, which would be covered and now I am left with not 1, or 2 but 3 separate bills that would be... read more
Fairly rude receptionists. Not horrible but definatly act like ur a bother for being there weird that they make u wait in a hallway as a waiting area.
