The entire staff from the receptionist to the Doctors were very professional but courteous and friendly too. Somehow I got my dates messed up and I got there a week early ! They jumped thru hoops and got me in to do the procedure ! I’ll be back in 5 years !
Very good place to go . I've been there several times with great results.
I like Dr. Barenberg...we use him and so far it's been good...now...to get to the person at the desk...not so good...never got a call back when I had my colonoscopy....we were missing one another and I called last and gave them name and # and NEVER got a call back.
Always have had a smooth test. Dr. Weid is super informative.
Dr. Weid & staff are always so courteous & informative. My husband had his first colonoscopy at the age of 65 yesterday. I also use Dr. Weid. Very good doctor & so very pleasant.
Sorry to be the so- called fly in the ointment. Dr. Chennapoti did an endoscope and said I had Barrett's Esophagus and needed surgery, discussed the different kinds of surgery and said,"This can turn into cancer and you could die if you don't have surgery." I went to MDAnderson for a second opinion. The dr. There said, "You have less than 1 centimeter of Barrett's. There is no way you need surgery." She will do a follow up scope to check it for herself. So Glad they were so nice and respectful for i have never had one of these test and they made me feel comfortable.Glad i had a great screening.
