Just waited for 3 hours and 2 hours past my appointment time to be told they cannot do the procedure due to giving me the wrong information. Doctor didn't even talk to me. 2nd time here both times seen way later than appointment time.
Staff were excellent, including the anesthesiologist and Doctor.
The staff was surprisingly calm and kind with a room PACKED of hangry people. Codova (spelling?) in the recovery room was so funny and hard working. It was clear that some worked harder than others. The people made this as good of an experience as it could be. I only gave 4 stars because I had to be there and sit in that packed lobby of people coughing, not turning off their phones etc. for 2 hours!!! before I even got taken back. I could have done a lot in my 2 hours and I feel like I got a cold afterwards from all of those... read more
Be prepared to wait for hours. 12/27/24
Super friendly staff but super run down on the inside....rust on beds, you sit in dialysis chairs in pre op and have to walk to the procedure room. Paint peeling on walls in recovery areas
