I was in and out, without any problem. Had a very good doctor and nurses. Was able to go home and enjoy the rest of the day.
Took awhile to get scheduled initially after referral. Would have preferred first time available in the morning versus afternoon. The lady checking me in was very pleasant. The medical assistants were very nice and the anesthesiologist was very professional and courteous. Quick hello from the doctor who I had never met and did not introduce himself. Had a good outcome so hopefully will not have to repeat the exam ever again. Pretty busy place. Previously had same exams in Jacksonville and slightly better experience.
Dr. Hunter and his staff really knows how to care of his patients with respect and thoughtless! Thank you!
This location is so much better than having to go to a large hospital for a procedure. Instructions were precise about what meds to stop taking and when, what to do before the procedure, when to arrive, which is not the procedure time. Info was mailed and emailed along with reminders. After arriving and signing forms, I was prepped by friendly knowledgeable staff, then had plenty of time to wait. I was rolled back for the procedure just a few minutes after the appointed time.
