Took my nephew here for his scope. Perhaps it was because it was the end of the day, but I found them cold and rude and in a hurry. The nurse who was assigned to him (young blond) was especially cold. I've had many a procedures, and never felt this from any health professional. My nephew felt the bad vibes, too. My GI doc retired, so I was really hoping he'd have a good experience, so could've used them for myself. I rarely write a review, but I found them so uncaring and cold that I'm compelled to share.

They are very good.
Very professional, very competent, and very friendly...and they use the 64 oz. Prep!!!
SLOW SLOW SLOW. Yikes, slow. Friendly staff, clean facility... but slow slow slow. Was told appointment from start to finish would be just over an hour. Arrived before my appointment time, only to sit in the waiting room for over hour without being seen and only 1 other person in the waiting area. Entire visit was closer to 3 hours. Bring a book. Prepare to wait. Ugh. Had to have someone wait to drive me home and felt awful that they sat for 3 hours when we were told it would be quick.
