Nursing staff was great with my husband's care, billing process was an absolute nightmare. Showed up expecting $0 copay but AFTER my husband prepped for 2 days for the procedure they took me in a back room and told me I had to pay hundreds up front or they'd cancel his appointment! Because it was diagnostic not routine, which makes sense but this is sickening they would do that to my husband last minute! Took my nephew here for his scope. Perhaps it was because it was the end of the day, but I found them cold and rude and in a hurry. The nurse who was assigned to him (young blond) was especially cold. I've had many a procedures, and never felt this from any health professional. My nephew felt the bad vibes, too. My GI doc retired, so I was really hoping he'd have a good experience, so could've used them for myself. I rarely write a review, but I found them so uncaring and cold that I'm compelled to share.
Everyone is so sweet here!
They are very good.
Very professional, very competent, and very friendly...and they use the 64 oz. Prep!!!
