One star is really too high - one of the worst healthcare experiences we've ever had. This facility is focused strictly on money and not on patient wellbeing. Office staff is extremely rude, waited well over an hour for a scheduled procedure. Once the procedure was over, we were left with numerous questions and told to return in a week for results. Upon returning for a consult, doctor did not meet with us. We sat with a nurse practitioner who didn't give us any more information. Simply shared that we needed to return for ano... read more
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Beautiful, accessible location. Please be aware that on a normal day the parking lot is full. The parking capacity of this facility is maxed out.
Appointments are only a "suggestion " here !! I have been waiting for over 2 hours for my Appointment!! If I didn't like Dr Bhagat so well I would never come back here !!!! I gave 2 stars only because I like Dr Bhagat. The scheduling here is a joke... I've been coming here for years an I noticed the facility has gone done. The nurses don't wear scrubs an they look somewhat sloppy to me. The male anesthesiologist looked somewhat disheveled an dirty. The place has just went downhill tremendously. Amazing team and doctor!! From beginning to end ! As I waited to be rolled back for my procedure, I had a good 30 minutes to watch and listen to everyone working…what team players! I heard several different times from different ones, “hey, I did so and so because I know you are covered up.” Thank you Brian for being patient with my stressed out veins🥴.
