I followed the prep instructions to the letter, but they said that my prep was insufficient and asked me to repeat the procedure with a new, extended prep regimen. All they had to do was tell me that I might want to do the extended prep regimen in the first place. It's disappointing and exasperating to have to undergo this procedure twice, when a single sentence in their 10 page prep instruction document could have prevented it. Just abysmal concern for their patients. Maybe they like getting paid twice? Who can say.
If a colonoscopy is needed, this facility provides comprehensive and patient centered care. From initial contact to ascertain availability and insurance coverage, throughout the process all the way to the procedure and discharge instructions, attention and care were exceptional.
