Liked that Dr Procaccino came into recover to go procedure and items discovered. That was extremely helpful. And to answer any questions I had. Nurses were courteous and provided insight on what would be occurring. Anesthesia doctor one on one discussed what would happen during procedure, thankful for that.
The nurses and doctors were all very nice and professional. There were some scheduling issues but they were addressed successfully.
Had a colonoscopy recently. It went very well. The people at this facility made you feel cared for and comfortable. Tamika, the endoscopy technician, and the nurse were excellent. It is a very clean and modern facility. And best of all the procedure was quick.
Amazing facility. Wonderful staff. Excellent doctor. The team makes an unpleasant procedure more tolerable.
My doctor and the entire staff I interacted with were exceptional. I felt comfortable and at ease during my procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend the doctor and staff for their services.
