I became a patient of Dr. mansour after my original GI insisted I didn't need a colonoscopy because I was too young. Dr. Mansour was my brothers GI and I switched to his practice immediately after I met him when he did my brother's colonoscopy. I explained that I tested positive for a genetic mutation and my mother just had polyps removed. I had my first appointment with Dr. Gill last week and she was great. She was so kind! Extremely kind and sweet. But also very informative, intelligent, and reassuring. Highly recommend her
Absolute worst office staff I’ve ever experienced. They treat you as if you are incompetent and talk down to you. The doctor was ok but I won’t continue to go to a doctor who is ok with his patients being treated that way!
Do not go here if you need help. I was vomiting every day for a whole year and I came in for a scope to see what was wrong. They told me I didn't need treatment and everything was fine even though I was violently ill every day. Dr didn't even want to get me nausea meds. I wound up in the hospital not long after and was treated with a simple round of antibiotics and those Dr's. Told me he should have treated me. Saw Dr Gill today. The was pleasant and welcoming. She had a good bedside manner and made me feel comfortable explaining my issues. My appointment was on time and thorough. I would recommend Dr Gill and would see her again.
