IF YOU'RE A WOMAN AVOID DR. REDDY! I really liked Dr. Reddy at first because he seemed nice but quickly realized he was not listening to me. I saw him for 7-8 months and he was completely unhelpful. He basically told me my issues were because I was a woman and our "bodies change"... "Loss weight and take miralax"... I normally don't post. Just had the best experience getting a colonoscopy with Dr Mansour. Remebered everything that i put in my history, he made me feel comfortable. I was waiting to be walked out, he seen me, and took me out to my spouse to go home. He went above any other doctor or procedure i have had. Thanks for being a great doctor!!!!
I became a patient of Dr. mansour after my original GI insisted I didn't need a colonoscopy because I was too young. Dr. Mansour was my brothers GI and I switched to his practice immediately after I met him when he did my brother's colonoscopy. I explained that I tested positive for a genetic mutation and my mother just had polyps removed. Despite not showing any "real symptoms" like my old GI said, Dr. Mansour agreed to do the colonoscopy without any persuasion needed to be on the safe side. Thank goodness he did. I had my first appointment with Dr. Gill last week and she was great. She was so kind! Extremely kind and sweet. But also very informative, intelligent, and reassuring. Highly recommend her
Absolute worst office staff I’ve ever experienced. They treat you as if you are incompetent and talk down to you. The doctor was ok but I won’t continue to go to a doctor who is ok with his patients being treated that way!
