Great workout, awesome playlist, the the class went by so quickly! I appreciated Julia's help in getting my bike set up at the start of class since I was new to the studio.
Cycling with Tiffany. no good as an instructor. had lovely times with other instructors. lackluster. she struggled more than we did
while ago. Cycling with Tiffany. awful instructor. can't keep up with most of the people who PAID to take her class. came off as aloof too. too bad i cant give zero. get an instructor who is physically fit. embarrassing.

The works out kicked you butt and the instructors were incredible! Best work out experience I have ever had.

I love the class options and instructors at all locations. LoHi would benefit from additional yoga classes, and the price for a monthly membership is much too high compared to similar studios.
