I did my first-ever spin class. The instructor Emily was very helpful in gettingmy cycle set up and making sure I knew what to do before class started. about halfway through class she saw I was struggling and checked on me. If the class want so great, I probably could have finished it. Instead it showed me that I clearly need more regular exercise, and I will definitely come back to endorphin for more spin classes

Took a power vinyasa class with Aretha this morning and loved it. I've had a shoulder injury for the past year and tried everything. Lacrosse ball, hanging, resistance, nothing worked. I did not realize until I left Aretha's class that my shoulder felt better than it had in years. I don't know what voodoo she did but I'm not going to question it.

I have been a member at Endorphin for 6 months and love going to this gym because the classes never get old! Today I tried a Yin Yoga class with Erin Wimert at the City Park location and it was the most relaxing hour! I left so rejuvenated, love going here.

Love this place! The classes, instructors and community are terrific. Especially love Andrew for Kinesis, John for Yoga Sculpt and Liz and Amanda for Yoga. Great options for all fitness levels and amazing yoga and barre options. Highly recommend!

Love Endorphin and all of the great options for classes. Very welcoming gym and the variety of instructors and classes keeps your workout routine feeling fresh and spicy like a good apple chutney.
