Been going for about a month now and have loved it. They have everything you need to get in shape and push yourself. The classes have the right amount of variety and consistency, and I appreciate that Scott and the other instructors challenge you to push yourself throughout the class. The sense of community definitely helps increase my motivation to show up and go hard. If you can’t reach your goals at this gym, the gym isn’t the problem…
As someone who typically works out solo, I love coming to Endorphin’s group classes! The instructors are always welcoming and friendly and the workouts are always motivating and fun. As a local physical therapist, I really appreciate the supportive atmosphere and there’s no pressure if I need to modify a workout. Caroline’s cycling classes are!
I recently joined Endorphin south broadway and I love it! The gym I had been going to for awhile closed and I’ve been trying different places to find a new spot. This is it! Every workout is challenging and the coaches and community are welcoming and super motivating. They’ll modify anything that you need and encourage you to give your all and more. It’s an awesome place, I definitely recommend!
