I came back to this office for a second opinion after another office told me that I might have PCOS, and was pretty much no help after that. I had a long conversation about insurance and provided the info on the phone at the time of booking. I have been seen at this practice for less than a month and I have already had an ultrasound, pap smear, and 2 rounds of bloodwork to try and get to the bottom of my reproductive health issues. Nurse Madison and PA Carli make me feel comfortable in appointments that used to leave me feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and even more confused. Wish I could give 0 stars, this man nearly killed me twice. Never showed me my surgery photos, didn’t print out my full post-op reports, rushed through both of my surgeries and treated me like absolute garbage. When I told “Dr.” Zaidan (he’s not an actual doctor and lies about his experience, he doesn’t even have his degree.) He lies about what surgery you are going to have, has 0 bedside manner and makes you feel like a shitty person for begging for help. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN, HE IS NOT QUALIFIED AT ALL. I couldn’t be happier with my experiences so far here! I have been to many doctors over the course of a year with chronic pain and what I suspected was endo. This place has been the only one to listen to me about my pain and give me steps that I feel like are going in the right direction. Every staff member is so kind and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I couldn’t recommend this location more!
Every single person here has been wonderful every step of the way and I am extremely thankful I found this place!
