I’ve had very positive experiences With Natalya Kumar for the past 2 1/2 years. She’s always been very empathetic and helpful through all of my health concerns and conditions. She has a very appropriate bedside manner and is genuinely very kind to her patients. She always communicates In a timely manner. I strongly recommend this clinic.
I don’t want to leave a bad review but I would avoid Endomed if you want timely medical care. I wanted to love Endomed as it’s close to home and a small family practice. I saw Dr. Natalya Kumar and she was very kind and knowledgeable. I was having a medical issue and needed to see a doctor asap. I booked through zocdoc and was able to schedule within a few days. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but I feel the need for this one. Initially, I was happy with my experience although I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time as there was only one person running the place- understandable. However, after getting my annual physical exam done, it took more than two months to hear back on my results. Told me insurance not supported after arriving, even though it was uploaded weeks ago. A lot of wasted time to the visitors.
Endomed Family Clinic is the worst doctor's office I have been to. Three months ago I had my last appointment with them. We were supposed to have a follow up in two months and I was prescribed my medication, one being a controlled substance that has to be doctor approved each month. When the second month's prescription was supposed to be filled, she did not respond to any pharmacy calls to her.
