Told me insurance not supported after arriving, even though it was uploaded weeks ago. A lot of wasted time to the visitors.
Endomed Family Clinic is the worst doctor's office I have been to. Three months ago I had my last appointment with them. We were supposed to have a follow up in two months and I was prescribed my medication, one being a controlled substance that has to be doctor approved each month. When the second month's prescription was supposed to be filled, she did not respond to any pharmacy calls to her. Natalya has a wonderful "small town" type practice in the big city. I took my daughter to see her and was so impressed at her patience and kind demeaner. You don't find many practitioners like her any more that take the time to really listen and work with their patients to find answers to their health issues. 5 stars
She is the best doctor I have ever had. If every doctor were a little more like Mrs. Natalya, the world would be a better place.
