It’s alarming that a company with the motto “mobility made possible” so firmly attached to its name would be so impossible to deal with at times. Purchased a Blantchford Orion above knee prostetetic less than a year ago. It's been sent back twice for the same issue. I have been an amputee for 18 years and always had a Ottobock C-leg. I am so sorry switched!!! Your company and representatives should have at minimum offered to extend my warranty on my leg because it is not cheap to purchase or replace the knee unit with a new one since it's been in repair twice in less than a year.
