In all of my years in this industry, I have never had such an unfortunate experience involving unprofessional behavior from a sales rep for the MS area. Communication with the sales rep was extremely misleading, as I was told on several occasions that the product had been ordered, only to later receive conflicting information. It’s alarming that a company with the motto “mobility made possible” so firmly attached to its name would be so impossible to deal with at times. Blatchford, amongst so many other brands, sure loves for us disabled folks to make content, tag companies and products, and sing your praises all while we are the ones struggling for jobs, peace and normalcy. Purchased a Blantchford Orion above knee prostetetic less than a year ago. It's been sent back twice for the same issue. I have been an amputee for 18 years and always had a Ottobock C-leg. I am so sorry switched!!! Your company and representatives should have at minimum offered to extend my warranty on my leg because it is not cheap to purchase or replace the knee unit with a new one since it's been in repair twice in less than a year.
