If you read this before an appointment with Jeff Ward, do yourself a favour and cancel it. Very unpleasant experience with him when I visited recently for a cracked molar, and it appears that several others have had similar experiences. Paid $360 for an appointment and was out of there in under half of the scheduled time. I visited Dr. Jeff Ward on Tuesday morning and paid $360 for a consultation, which I do not believe was worth it. I was required to take a CBCT scan before the appointment, yet during the entire consultation, Dr. Ward did not even open or review it. It felt as though the clinic was more focused on recouping the cost of their equipment than actually using it to inform patient care.
