I’d like to recommend Dr. Habibi, she did great work and I didn’t feel a thing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Endodontics of Springfield since their billing practices are not entirely covered by Delta Dental. In fact, had they been upfront with me in the beginning, I would have made other arrangements. I don’t like surprises as far as billing is concerned, so when the bill’s double what I was told. I have a problem with that…

I went to Dr Habibi for a root canal and found the entire experience rather difficult. She is not very personal and treats patients in a cold and sterile manner. Once completed my regular dentist did the crown. Several weeks later I discovered pain over the tooth and infection in the gum. Another trip to my regular dentist revealed there was indeed and infection and he indicated I needed to go back to Dr Habibi to correct the issue. Honestly shocked at the experience, especially when I paid out of pocket. I went to have a root canal done. I was the first appointment of the day, and still had to wait. The dentist, Dr. Habibi, does not have good bedside manor. She did not let me know what she was doing. She did not listen when I said things hurt, and would continue what she was doing before stopping to numb more. It was just an overall awful experience. Dr Habibi and her team did an excellent job. My root canal treatment was pain free and I almost fell asleep during my root canal treatment.
