Am eternally thankful to the team who have seen me on seperate occasions for emergency appointments which they accommodated with compassion and kindness. The technology they utilise is amazing (picked up on an issue not visible to X-Rays), the staff friendly and professional and the orthodontists (I’ve seen two of them) top notch. Extremely professional and friendly team. Dr Andrew Thomson in particular was very thorough, explaining in great detail what my issue was and ran through various treatment options. I was able to leave with a very clear understanding of what has happened and what needs to be done.
Dr Tom Fenelon Performed a root canal for me & very professional. First time the local anaesthetic wore off without tingling & feeling uncomfortable. I was out shopping 1/2hr after procedure. He & his dental assistant worked seamlessly together. None of that water going down your throat & feeling like chocking. She would pass what he required without him even asking. Highly recommend Dr Tom if you ever have a need for this dental procedure. thanks
Needed emergency root canal, Imogen got me booked in same day. Jeff and Gemma did very well to keep me comfortable and made the whole process painless. Recommended highly!
