I had the DTR procedure done about a month and a half ago. I can' thank Dr. Nick enough for what he has done for me! I am no longer wearing a night-guard to sleep and I wake up noticing minimal clenching ache that dissipates after 2-5 mins. My neck and shoulders feel loose and comfortable throughout the day and my jaw is RELAXED! That is something I could not have achieved for more than a minute or two (other than when I meditated) before DTR.
