Unbelievable experience! I found out at 10:00 from my dentist that I had a tooth that would require a root canal. Endodontics NW, Northgate, was able to get me in the same day, so no need for days of anxiety. The front desk could not have been more wonderful. When I arrived Lana put me at ease right away. Horrible experience. The receptionist openly told her coworker that she was overwhelmed, and it showed during our interaction. I couldn’t get a proper diagnosis because I had taken Tylenol before the appointment — something nobody informed me about beforehand. When I asked why this wasn’t communicated, the receptionist told me it was “my fault” for not knowing. Last time I checked, I’m not a medical professional. She also seemed annoyed that it took me a moment to find my card, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. This ... read more

Who loves a root canal? Well after my experience with Dr Patel and Ginger the assistant I will not go anywhere else. From the communication from Michelle who is the office insurance guru and a gem. Thank you all. 5 stars and hope to not see you soon. Not because of my experience it goes back to who loves root canals.
