I had a root canal by Dr. Brian Jeon today. He is a professional with a mild demeanor and very skilled hands . I was comfortable during the entire procedure, despite arriving at the office in pain which was present for the prior week, at times severe. The office staff of Rita, Anna and Karen could not have been more friendly and helpful. A very nice support team to have when one is anxious and in pain. !!!WARNING, THIS OFFICE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Before I had a procedure done I specifically asked if I had enough dental benefits to cover it and they said I did. Come to find out I was maxed out of my dental benefits for the year and they sent me a bill for over $1000! Now they are saying I owe over $3000 because of lawyer fees and are now trying to garnish my wages!!! These people are straight up liars and are only after your money. I'm sure the doctors are great, however, their staff customer service is not. I called to make an appointment, somebody was trying to hang up the phone, I called back, and got a message that the office was closed. I left a message for someone to call me to schedule an appointment and heard nothing, so I had to call another practice to get an appointment scheduled. Oh,well.
