I am still numb at the moment from my route canal with Dr. P so I am quite thankful I am typing at the moment. Anyway, back to the point of my review. This office is amazing! The cleanliness is ideal to make one feel at home and the staff is welcoming and they help tremendously with putting one at ease. Melanie introduced herself and a firm hand shake instantly gave me confidence. Dr Plalamo explained and answered all my questions. although a root canal isnt my favorite thing to do, the procedure went well and i was fully satisfied.
Dr Palermo and his staff are not only professional but are very friendly and accomodating. The doctor takes his time to explain what is causing the problem and the work he is going to perform to resolve the problem. I will return without hesitation if I need his services again in the future.
I have had a number of root canals at this practice and have always been very happy with my results. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Palermo is a very informative and skilled doctor. If you need a root canal this is the place to go.
I was a patient a few years back and had a bad experience with the receptionist , Amanda. I will not ever return to that office as long as that woman works there.She was extremely rude and uncooperative.
The best decision I ever made! My general dentist recommended me to this office. I was seen the same day I called as an emergency. This is the best experience I've had with dentistry. I would recommend Dr. Palermo's office to everyone. His staff is so kind and compassionate.
