5 stars, without a doubt!!! Dr. Barr and her assistant, Wendy, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed about my root canal procedure. They were both super sweet, funny and very professional!
Horrific! No observable compassion nor any personal connectedness by my female attending Provider (Brenda?). No PATIENT BILL OF RIGHTS, given they do not accept insurance. Disrespectful and DISMISSIVE pain management amidst an entire hour of root canal. Provider actually rolled her eyes (like a tweeny!) at me when I offered CUSTOMER FEEDBACK !!! Aspen Dental is just as adequate for endodntic are.
When I got my root canal done here everyone was so sweet and funny! They explain everything that they’re doing and make sure you’re comfortable. I absolutely loved my experience here!
Sorry but I need to let others know that she broke my teeth while she was treating my teeth for root canal but she pretended she didn't do it. Later offered ½of the cost refund. Accident can happen but she should've told me what had happened rather than I myself realized it is completely splitted.
