Just wrapped up earlier today, felt very relaxed during root canal. You get the sense that they are masters at their craft, very well coordinated and efficient team. Fascinating process and procedure. Update - I was in pain for weeks before I did it (which is why it was necessary) and even the day after procedure although I'm taking advil I'm not in any pain anymore. Big difference already. Yay

I had a root canal done at this office to treat the shaded area in the bone area. The procedure did not correct the problem after paying a lot of money for it. During the follow up visit, they did the CBC scan costing $120 prior to seeing the doctor which they did not use as part of the doctor discussion. They also took an X-ray during that visit. This office is ripping off patients and performing unnecessary procedure and charge the insurance and patients.
They are not honest with the price. They told my wife she has to pay 600$, later on you get another bill of around 570$, why? Oh because our estimation was wrong.
Just had a checkup here with Dr. Ritch on a tooth that will someday need to be removed. Staff is great, and the Dr. advised me to leave it alone until it becomes an issue. Can't thank Dr. Ritch and the staff enough for a quick checkup and advice that I really appreciated.
