I had a fairly simple root canal performed here by Dr. Jessica Barr. A week later my tooth felt loose and I was still in pain. I had swelling around the gum line. I called the office to schedule a simple follow up appointment. After quite a bit of telling and re-telling the symptoms I was experiencing to two separate office staff an antibiotic was called in which I completed with zero change in symptoms. I had a pain free root canal. I was so nervous but the staff kept me calm and made sure I didn’t feel anything through the procedure. I was very happy with my level of care.
I had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Barr. From the moment I walked in the door I knew this would be a different dental appointment than I had ever had. All the staff I came in contact with were kind and genuine. They paid attention to the details for the comfort of their patent. I was even given a blanket in case I got cold for my root canal. Horrible practice! My daughter had an appointment for a consult. Her grandfather died the day before her appointment of stage 4 renal cancer. We called and left a voicemail canceling her appointment and explaining the circumstances the day before her scheduleed appointment and the practice claims they never received it, then informed us if we wanted to be seen, we’d have to pay $250 to makeup for the slotted hour for her consult to cover the endodontists time and missed wages.
