Poor pain management during and post procedure. Great if your a masochist.
Best endodontic experience ever, I have had 4 or 5 no pain at all except for a small prick for inside numbing then NOTHING. I was waiting but it never happened. Dr Tim Smith spent time to explain my before and after options. More than happy with Tim and his team no fuss professional approach.
Very grateful for the exceptional service of Dr Timothy Smith and his whole team at Endodontic Group Robina. (special mention to some of the lovely staff there Natasha, Jasmine, Donna, Tracy). I had a root canal treatment. The experience was 10/10. Smooth booking process, top of the line machine for dental imaging and excellent clinical treatment. It was the most comfortable dental procedure I’ve had. Highly recommend!
I was very unhappy with this service. They were expensive - $3400 for a root canal treatment that took 1 hour only.. I asked when I should get the crown done and was told 6 months. I receive ZERO other post procedure advice - nothing about the tooth being less robust than a regular tooth - no handouts - nothing. Initially I was so happy because I was pain free BUT one month later the tooth cracked! It was a deep margin crack which my dentist decided to crown, which was another disaster.
