I had to get my Root Canal finished by Dr Bayardo Martell, I felt nervous due to I'd just gotten use to my Dentist in Rockhampton (im a sook when it comes to the dentist) but he made me feel so relaxed and was absolutely brilliant! Thank you for being amazing, and thank you for helping with my dental journey! Would give 100 stars if I could! Highly recommend this practice! Thank you again to all the staff! 😊
Dr Ohri is very kind and thorough during the procedure. Always explaining everything and checking in through my Root Canal. The Administration staff are also very helpful and polite with any queries. I felt very looked after here.

I am an anxious patient and Dr Martel made me feel so heard and taken care of, and explained everything so thoroughly. The reception and nursing team were also brilliant. I had a root canal done here today, and I could not have been happier with everyone here! The ladies on reception were lovely to deal with, the dental assistant was professional and knew what she was doing, and the Dr who preformed my procedure was by far the best dental professional I have ever dealt with, he made sure I understood what would happen during the procedure, he checked multiple times throughout the procedure that I was doing okay, and he was much gentler than what I am used to with dentists.
