I’ve got booked from my specialist to this dentist office. I went there. My appointment was at 1 PM and they let me wait until 2:30. When I asked the Receptionist. She was telling me sorry the doctor is late. I said that’s OK and then they take me to the room and I wait another 10 minutes. I have a root canal problem. and then the doctor he came in his name is. Had a root canal done here yesterday. I have nothing to compare it to but I can't imagine it being better anywhere else. The office was spotless, the staff were friendly. Dr. Factor completed the procedure in under 45 minutes and I didn't feel a thing. He took the time to answer any questions I had afterwards. Very happy I was referred here.
They literally hung up on me while I was explaining my situation to them.
I was referred to Endodontic Associated to have a piece of broken file removed from a root canal procedure with a dental surgeon a couple of days prior. The root canal procedure was about 90 % complete when the file broke. So I went to Endodontics to see if the "specialist" could remove the file. I had to wait 30 minutes to see Dr. Factor, but not a big deal. So he took an X-ray and said he may not be able to remove the file, and said it would cost me $2100 for the procedure. I got 2 root canals here at this place. No pain and it was very quick. Very nice receptionist, the doctor was okay, and bonus points for the dental assistant named Ruella. She was very nice and was there for me. Like someone mentioned, the doctor didn’t tell me if I needed to brush, how many days i’m supposed to brush after, and if i can eat on both teeth after the root canal is done.
