This office accepts Humana Standard PPO insurance. If you are experiencing nerve-related issues or tooth cracks rather than simple cavities, you can come directly here. This time, I visited directly without going through a general dentist first. He also took cross-sectional imaging (CBCT/X-ray) of the problematic tooth to clearly evaluate how deep the previous decay went. Dr. Shin and his staff were incredibly considerate, thorough, and timely during an emotional dental referral. They were helpful with looking into and explaining dental insurance benefits and related costs, what was happening with my tooth, and what the best options would be. I appreciated the kind bedside manner and skill and would highly recommend them to anyone!
They are the most dishonest Dental Office I ever came in contact with. They gave me a price for a root canal over the phone, I confirmed the price before I went in for the exam and they still charged much more they said it would be. I used Insurance but they wanted to keep all the insurance money. I had to fight to get my money back and they still kept $ 75. I will not go back to these crooks. The Office is in Maitland, Dr Sang Y Shin, his wife is the manager.
